New Office & Manufacturing Facility

The new 185,000 square foot office and manufacturing facility was completed under a "Fast Track" project delivery through a construction manager.

Responding to established time constraints and without compromising aesthetic elements of the building, Trautman Associates provided full design services including site and interior design.

The result is a distinctive building, successfully delivered within time and budget constraints.

Cintas Corporation

New Office / Processing Plant

As a replacement for undersized, leased facilities, Cintas Corporation opted for a new facility to meet their growing needs. A highly visible site was selected adjacent to Interstate 90. The new 40,000 square foot facility houses uniform cleaning and processing operations, distribution facilities, administrative offices and sales spaces. The total building was designed and delivered within a 10 month schedule.
