Montessori School - Hudson House Renovation
Based on a long term education and facilities master plan completed for the school, a direction for relocation of the montessori program to a nearby campus evolved.
The school was able to acquire the historic Hudson House for renovation into new classroom space.
An addition was constructed housing an elevator and exit stairway, using the same historic architecture established by the original house.
Programmed spaces can accommodate approximately 100 students
a new bus loop / visitor parking area and a new staff parking area were also developed.
Size: 7,000 Sq. Ft. / 2 story
Cost: $1.1 million
