Interior Office Renovation
A plan for a revised entrance
to the building translated into a need for a new reception area and upgrades
to the corporate offices. A new office layout, new work stations and interior
finishes were part of the project work scope.

St. Mary of the Lake
St. Mary of the Lake New Church
Hamburg, New York
The project creates a distinctive new worship space
to accommodate parish growth and replacing a much smaller wooden framed church. The new sanctuary is
the focus of a fan-like seating arrangement for 500 with adjoining chapels which open to the nave.
The new church and support spaces connect to the existing parish school building creating a new
courtyard.

New Boathouse
The project recreates the original 1908 structure destroyed by fire. Through extensive use of
club photographs, member interviews and remains of some physical evidence, the building details were
faithfully replicated. New components to comply with building codes, expanded deck areas and
additional wash rooms were integrated into the building.
